However, the challenge of knowledge management is to understand and manage intelligently knowledge dynamics within organizations. Knowledge dynamics has been interpreted so far as knowledge flow, or as a transformation of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. More recently, knowledge is interpreted as spectrum composed of rational, emotional, and spiritual knowledge. In this new perspective, knowledge dynamics means transformation of one form of knowledge into another form. Please reserve your place by registering below. \u00a0Further details of the speaker can be found below.<\/p>\n<h3>Prof.\u00a0 Bratianu&#8217;s bio<\/h3>\n<p><b>Constantin Bratianu<\/b>\u00a0is Professor Emeritus of\u00a0<i>Strategic Management<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>Knowledge Management<\/i>, UNESCO Department for Business Administration, and Founding Director of the Research Center for Intellectual Capital, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. He has been\u00a0<i>Visiting Professor<\/i>\u00a0at universities in USA, Japan, Austria, Italy, Hungary and Egypt. He published over 25 books and 200 papers in international journals and volumes of international conferences. He published several chapters and two important books in knowledge management:\u00a0<i>Organizational Knowledge Dynamics<\/i>\u00a0(2015). IGI Global, USA, and\u00a0<i>Emergent Knowledge Strategies<\/i>\u00a0(2017) together with Ettore Bolisani, Springer, Germany.\u00a0 He is Associate Editor of\u00a0<i>Electronic Journal of Knowledge Management<\/i>,\u00a0 and co-editor of the international journal of\u00a0<i>Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy<\/i>.\u00a0 He is a member of the\u00a0<i>American Academy of Management<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Romanian Academy of Scientists<\/i>, and\u00a0<i>International Association of Knowledge Management<\/i>.
