Presentation file from Prof. Dr. Wilkesmann<\/a><\/p>\nThe ideas behind the known knowns, and how people hide information and knowledge was not something that I contemplated as “ignorance” however we have all seen that kind of somewhat destructive behaviour.<\/p>\n
I am personally in need of some good strategies to “manage” the unknown unknowns. I feel that my natural behaviour is to problem solve and work proactively to find solutions. But not that many people feel comfortable with that. Many folk want stability and certainty. But how realistic is that. And how to influence mindsets and dominant logic in this area.<\/p>\n
