KM conferences have focused on the mechanics of KM for long enough. There\u2019s not much new to hear about. Let\u2019s listen instead about how KM practices are being employed in value creating projects, resulting in better decisions, increased productivity and deeper customer insight. The main themes of the conference are complexity<\/strong>, collaboration<\/strong>, customer innovation<\/strong> and convergence<\/strong>, we have assembled a first class set of speakers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pre-conference workshop to be held on 20th March at HK PolyU. \u00a0 “Digital Storytelling on the Web<\/span>\u201d <\/strong>will be conducted by Alan Levine, further details can be found in the workshop and conference leaflet<\/a><\/p>\n
